As of today-July 11th, 2011--my involvement in the running of the WHS1961 website will come to an end. However, an anonymous donor has made it possible for the website to stay up for another year unattended. I will make every effort to find someone to fill in for me during that period. As soon as someone is found, you all will be notified by email.

Wow! What a reunion. I hadn't remembered that I liked you guys that much. A special thanks to Dorsey and her team for all the work they put in. A thanks also for all of you who spent the time and money to travel great distances to be here with us. While there were many memorable moments I am sure you will all agree that my winning of the 50th Reunion Golf Outing was the highlight. I would like to thank Bill Roemler and Ginny (Wilson) Frick for not playing and making this victory possible. A victory that, more than anything, signifies the sorry state of golfing talent in the class of 1961. There are some photos of the reunion posted in the "Class Photos" section and if you got any good shots please e-mail them to me (billmorris161@yahoo.com) so I can post them for all to see. Also, if there are any pictures from any area of the website that you would like to have let me know and I can e-mail them to you. Please do this before July 11th when the website will end.

1961 Trivia - Last Question
In our 1961 yearbook, in the section on football, there are individual pictures of the seniors on the team. (These pictures are reproduced on this website) For three of the players the identification of the position they played is incorrect. The challenge is to correctly identify who the players are and what positions they actually played, on offense and on defense. So far John Frick is the only one who has been able to do this.
Since graduation we have scattered to 28 of the 50 states with one of us living in Israel and one poor soul spending part of each year in Paris. These are the states currently occupied by Cowboys.
